Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive short-term and long-term SEO strategies to capture top rankings for high-intent, international keywords.

• Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and rendering issues. Optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and mobile usability.

• International SEO: Implement and manage complex geo-targeting strategies, including flawless execution of hreflang tags and localized sub-folder/domain structures for distinct international markets.

• On-Page Optimization: Optimize metadata, header tags, schema markup (Structured Data), and internal linking architectures to maximize topic authority and relevance.

• JavaScript/Framework SEO: Work directly with the web development team to ensure server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG) best practices are maintained for sites built on modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vite).

• Off-Page & Authority Building: Design and execute high-quality, white-hat backlink acquisition campaigns targeting reputable, industry-specific directories and niche publications.

• Content Strategy: Perform advanced keyword research and gap analysis. Brief and collaborate with content writers to produce highly authoritative, long-tail technical content that drives conversions.

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics, track keyword rankings, and generate comprehensive weekly/monthly reports using industry-standard tools to demonstrate ROI and traffic growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated experience in an SEO role, preferably with a strong focus on B2B services and international/multi-regional SEO.

• Core Technical Stack: Mastery of essential SEO software, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and enterprise crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb).

• SEO Platforms: Advanced proficiency in industry-leading suites such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz for keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor tracking.

• Web Development Literacy: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how modern front-end frameworks impact search engine crawling and indexing.

• International Expertise: Proven track record of successfully ranking websites in highly competitive foreign markets (specifically US, UK, or APAC regions).

• Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and pivot strategies based on algorithm updates and user behavior.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate highly technical SEO concepts into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.

• Bonus: Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or technical estimation industries is a significant advantage.
