Job Summary:
We are looking for a technical, hands-on builder to own AI-driven lead generation from end to end. You will make AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews recommend our business, build and maintain our websites and landing pages, and use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code to create the automations, scripts, and internal tools that power our marketing. This is a builder role, not a coordinator role — the right person ships real work every week, from pages and schema to automations and AI agents. We want someone genuinely fluent with modern AI tools, comfortable reading and shipping code, and driven to see their work move the numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain marketing automation projects using agentic coding tools (Claude Code or equivalent): scrapers, data pipelines, API integrations, internal dashboards, and reporting scripts
• Take ownership of existing code builds and develop new tools from short written briefs, keeping everything versioned, documented, and handoff-ready
• Build landing pages and microsites quickly — offer pages, seasonal campaigns, lead-capture funnels, and city/service pages — from brief to live in days
• Work across WordPress and lightweight HTML/CSS/JS builds, connecting every form to our CRM with correct tracking (UTMs, call tracking numbers, conversion events)
• Handle technical fixes and rebuilds, including making client-side-rendered sites visible to search engines
• Implement schema markup across all sites (LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, Review) and maintain page speed and mobile usability
• Rewrite and produce answer-first content so AI engines can cite us directly, and build off-domain entity consistency across listings, directories, and data aggregators
• Run a weekly AI citation check across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, reporting share of voice versus competitors
• Deploy and tune AI voice and chat agents that qualify leads and book appointments, owning intents, calendars, escalation logic, and integration health
• Run data enrichment and AI personalization for outbound campaigns, monitor deliverability, and compile a weekly scorecard of key metrics

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, with real shipped projects you can demonstrate live on a screen share
• Working code literacy: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at minimum, plus Python or Node for scripts and API work — comfortable reading, fixing, and shipping code with AI assistance
• Ability to build a landing page from brief to live, on WordPress and outside it, with forms connected to a CRM and tracking installed correctly
• Solid technical SEO fundamentals: hand-written schema, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and sitemaps, plus a real understanding of how AI search engines choose their sources
• Daily fluency with LLMs, including prompting, structured outputs, and API usage
• Strong written English suitable for publishing with light editing
• Dependable, detail-focused, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills, with disciplined asynchronous updates (written and video)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing and outreach platforms such as GoHighLevel, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or CallRail
• Experience building voice agents or chatbots (Retell, Vapi, Synthflow, or GoHighLevel Conversation AI)
• Familiarity with Next.js or React
• Background in local or service-based business marketing
• YouTube SEO or short-form content experience
• Ability to evaluate new AI and marketing tools and recommend whether to adopt, test, or pass
