Sr. SEO Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior SEO Specialist with deep technical expertise and a strong command of AI-powered optimization strategies. This role requires someone who can merge traditional SEO excellence with innovative, AI-enhanced methodologies to drive measurable growth in organic performance.

🧠 What You’ll Be Owning

Technical & Analytical Excellence
● Conduct SEO audits focused on crawlability, indexing, structure, and performance.
● Use GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog to monitor and optimize performance.
● Implement and troubleshoot schema, canonicals, redirects, and other technical elements.
● Enhance page speed and Core Web Vitals with actionable, data-driven recommendations.

AI-Driven SEO
● Optimize for Google’s AI Overviews (SGE) and other AI-powered SERP experiences.
● Use ChatGPT, Gemini, and LLM tools for keyword clustering, content optimization, and predictive insights.
● Automate audits and reporting through AI-powered analytics to scale strategy and execution.

On-Page & Content Optimization
● Lead keyword research, mapping, and on-page implementation aligned with search intent.
● Optimize meta data, headers, internal links, and content structure for performance and readability.
● Collaborate with writers to produce SEO briefs and ensure semantic, user-focused content.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building
● Execute link acquisition campaigns, including outreach, citations, and guest posting.
● Monitor backlink quality and maintain a healthy, authoritative profile.
● Build long-term partnerships to sustain organic growth.

Strategy, Reporting & Collaboration
● Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
● Conduct competitive and keyword analysis to identify opportunities.
● Track KPIs and present insights through Looker Studio dashboards.
● Work cross-functionally with content, design, and dev teams to deliver results.
● (Preferred) Mentor junior SEO staff and foster a collaborative learning culture.

What You Bring to the Party
● 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house).
● Proven record of driving organic growth and improving visibility across multiple industries.
● Demonstrated success in both technical SEO and AI-augmented strategy development.
● Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing tangible SEO results (preferred).
