SEO Manager / Senior SEO Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute search engine optimization strategies for our online casino platform. This role is responsible for driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and platform guidelines in a highly competitive and regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in technical SEO, content strategy, and data analysis, with a deep understanding of iGaming, sportsbook, or affiliate SEO landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• SEO Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings
• Conduct keyword research aligned with casino, sportsbook, and player intent
• Optimize landing pages, game pages, and promotional content for SEO performance
• Identify opportunities for content expansion and SERP domination
• Technical SEO
• Perform technical audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data)
• Work with developers to fix issues related to Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and site architecture
• Manage on-page SEO elements (meta tags, schema, internal linking)
• Content & On-Page Optimization
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to develop SEO-friendly content strategies
• Optimize blog articles, game guides, landing pages, and promotional campaigns
• Ensure content aligns with compliance guidelines and responsible gaming policies
• Off-Page SEO & Link Building
• Develop and execute link-building strategies (outreach, partnerships, affiliates)
• Monitor backlink profile and ensure high-quality, compliant sources
• Manage relationships with SEO partners and publishers
• Performance Tracking & Analytics
• Track and analyze SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions, ROI)
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Provide regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure all SEO activities follow local regulations (e.g., PAGCOR guidelines)
• Avoid black-hat techniques that may lead to penalties or platform bans
• Implement responsible marketing practices in all content

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO (preferably iGaming, casino, or affiliate marketing)
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google tools)
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
• Experience in competitive niches (gambling, finance, forex, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated industries (iGaming, fintech, crypto)
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and conversion funnels
• Experience managing multi-country or multilingual SEO campaigns

Salary And Benefits Work Hours: Nine (9) hours/day (including regular and special non-working holidays);

Six (6) days per week: Four (4) days off per month

Salary (Six (6) Months Probationary Period) Probationary (non foreigner): PHP 60,000-150,000

Regularization (foreigner mandarin): PHP 100,000-150,000

Allowances Food Allowance: PHP 3,000 per month
