SEO Specialist

Specific Duties And Responsibilities Enterprise SEO Execution & Governance Role Bell manages a large, complex digital ecosystem with thousands of pages across support, shop, marketing, and informational content. This role ensures:

• Consistent execution of SEO best practices at scale
• Faster turnaround on SEO audits, optimizations, and remediation efforts
• Stronger technical and on-page SEO hygiene across digital properties
• Support for the transition from traditional SEO to GEO / AI-assisted search visibility

Core SEO Execution

• Execute on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, structured content)
• Conduct keyword and search intent research aligned to business and support use cases
• Optimize both existing and new content following established SEO standards

Technical SEO Support

• Assist in technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicals)
• Conduct SEO readiness reviews prior to site launches
• Log, track, and help prioritize SEO technical debt in Jira

GEO / AI Search Support

• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives
• Assist in improving visibility across LLM and AI-driven search experiences
• Work with tools such as BrightEdge, Google Search Console, and related SEO platforms

Reporting & Operations

• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics
• Prepare regular SEO performance summaries and insights
• Maintain documentation, processes, and SEO playbooks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, development, and product

COMPETENCIES Must-Have Competencies

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong foundation in on-page and technical SEO
• Knowledge in LLM and AI-driven search experiences
• Experience with tools such as BrightEdge, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Enterprise process orientation
• Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have Competencies

• Experience in telecom, ecommerce, or support-heavy websites
• Exposure to schema markup and structured data
• Familiarity with AI search, GEO, RAG, or LLM optimization

Qualifications Educational Qualification/s

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
