SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager

Are you passionate about SEO, AI-powered search, and creating content that ranks? We’re looking for an experienced SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency and help businesses increase their online visibility through strategic content and search optimization.

About the Role

As our SEO & AI/GEO Content Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and optimizing content that performs across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search experiences. You’ll work closely with our SEO team to execute strategies that drive measurable organic growth for clients across a variety of industries.

Compensation – $300-$400 USD/month

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SEO-focused content strategies across multiple client accounts.
• Optimize website content using on-page SEO best practices.
• Conduct website audits and monitor performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement AI/GEO optimization strategies to improve visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Create detailed content briefs for writers and internal teams.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Collaborate with SEO Specialists, web developers, and designers to execute optimization strategies.
• Track rankings, traffic, and performance metrics while providing actionable insights.
• Support additional SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing initiatives as business needs evolve.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and content optimization.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered search, GEO optimization, and AI writing tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for staying ahead of search engine and AI trends.
